On February 27th, during a meeting of the House of Commons Standing Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development, I asked witnesses about the impact of climate change reducing water supply on food security, about how to incentivize farmers to prevent agricultural runoff from affecting water quality, and a 50-year plan for water quality in the Great Lakes.
