Today, I rose in the House of Commons to commend the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship for his timely action in suspending deportation of those international students who were victims of a consultant's fraudulent activity, and to thank those of my colleagues whose advocacy was so important in finding a solution for the situation facing this group of international students.
