Through targeted investments, we are making it easier and more affordable for Canadians to drive zero-emissions vehicles, while helping our auto sector build them right here in Canada and create good, middle-class jobs in manufacturing. Our plan will continue to provide purchase rebates of up to $5,000 for an electric vehicle, build a national network of charging infrastructure, and position Canada as a global leader on critical minerals to increase the production of Canadian-made electric vehicles and batteries.
