March 31st is International Transgender Day of Visibility - a day that raises awareness about Trans communities and discrimination fueled by transphobia that is a lived reality for many in Canada and around the world. We will continue supporting LGBTQ2 organizations and community leaders that are working on the frontlines to provide live-saving programs, educational services, and ultimately be there for those that need them most. Our government will continue to amplify the lived experiences of transgender and non-binary advocates, survivors, and community leaders. Together, we can create a more equitable future for ourselves and for generations to come.
