Blue Monday. It's okay to ask for help.

Today has been known as Blue Monday, some consider the gloomiest day of the year. Between the weather conditions, lack of sunlight and post-holiday lull, many Canadians and Indigenous Peoples find themselves struggling with their mental health this time of year. As we also cope with the reality of the ongoing pandemic and with many provinces and territories introducing more restrictions in light of the climbing COVID-19 case counts, many are feeling exacerbated loneliness, stress and isolation It's always important to take care of yourself, especially during these challenging times. Mental health is health and we want to remind you it’s okay to reach out and ask for help.
